“We only use 10% of our brain” – TRUE or MYTH?

“We only use 10% of our brain” – TRUE or MYTH?

Let’s just get straight to it:
💥 It’s a BIG. FAT. MYTH. 💥

Yeah, you heard it right. That “10% of your brain” thing?
👽 It’s not science. It’s more like sci-fi.

If we really used just 10% of our brain, we’d be walking around like confused potatoes 🥔 trying to solve a Rubik’s cube. But guess what? Even simple tasks like brushing your teeth light up multiple brain areas like Times Square on New Year’s Eve. 🎆

So where did this myth even come from?
Some say it was a misinterpretation of early neuroscience. Others blame motivational speakers looking for cool soundbites. Either way, it’s been floating around like a zombie fact that just won’t die. 🧟‍♂️

👉 FACT CHECK TIME:
✅ Brain scans show activity throughout the entire brain – even while sleeping!
✅ Every part of your brain has a known function.
✅ Damage to any area usually has serious consequences – so nope, nothing’s just chilling there doing nothing.

🚨 So next time someone drops the “We only use 10%” line, hit ‘em with:
“Bro, my brain’s running at 100% – it just takes coffee to boot it up.” ☕💻

Now go forth and use 100% of your awesomeness.
Drop a 🤯 if your brain just expanded a little.
